Dear Golfers,

Welcome to Mandai Executive Golf Course (MEGC). By booking a round of golf at MEGC, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Rules

1. Priority Booking: Groups with three or more golfers will be given priority. Single or two-player bookings may be paired with other groups at the discretion of management. Refunds will not be provided for such modifications.
2. Pricing: Fees are inclusive of 9% GST and include a golf trolley.
3. Safety & Equipment:
   • Sharing of golf equipment is strictly prohibited.
   • Golf bags must be used at all times on the course.
   • Chipping on the tee box or practice putting green is not allowed.
4. Check-In: Paying golfers must check in at least 30 minutes before their tee-off time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows.
5. Course Access: Only paying golfers and visitors with valid course tickets are permitted on the course. Companion or gallery walking is prohibited.
6. Conduct & Play:
   • Proper golf attire is mandatory (no slippers or sandals).
   • Coaching is not allowed.
   • Course marshals may direct flights showing signs of “slow play” to pick up their balls or quicken their pace.
7. Rain Checks: Valid for rescheduling only; no refunds will be provided.
8. Staff Interaction: MEGC values its staff and expects all visitors to treat them with respect. Verbal or physical aggression will not be tolerated.

Refund Policy

1. Postponement/Cancellation:
   • Requests must be submitted through the booking portal three days before the tee-off date(excluding the tee-off date)
   • Approved cancellations within the specified timeframe will receive a 100% refund.
   • All cancellation or postponement requests must be submitted exclusively through the online booking portal.
2. Restrictions:
   • Postponements or cancellations on the day of the tee-off are not permitted.
   • Postponed bookings and rain checks are non-refundable.
3. Appeals: Appeals will be considered only if supported by valid reasons and appropriate documentation, subject to management approval. As a goodwill gesture, the management may grant a one-time postponement to individuals, excluding accompanying golfing partners, who provide valid supporting documentation.
4. No-Shows: No refunds will be issued. Appeals for next-day tee-offs submitted outside office hours will not be accepted.

Inclement Weather

1. In the event of a course closure, golfers who have not commenced their game will be issued a rain check.
2. Abandoning play before the course is reopened will not qualify for refunds.

Indemnities

1. MEGC is not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property sustained by visitors or golfers.
2. Incidents, irregularities, or violations must be reported to reception immediately.
3. Damage or theft of MEGC property will result in liability for repair or replacement costs and may involve police investigation.
4. MEGC reserves the right to amend these rules and to bar individuals from accessing the course or premises.

Proficiency Certificate (PC), Handicap & Insurance

1. All golfers must possess a valid PC or Handicap and have golfer’s insurance.

Junior Golfer

1. Golfers aged 16 and below are considered junior golfers.
2. Junior golfers must be accompanied by an adult golfer or coach, who assumes responsibility for the junior golfer during play.
